AppConfig Generator


The AppConfig Generator is a tool which assists in the generation of configuration plist for a mobile app on a device enrolled in an MDM solution.

Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Fill out the presented configuration options
  2. Download the plist configuration file
  3. Upload the plist to your MDM provider to be installed onto the device

General Settings
Sets the display theme of the app
Service Settings
Select one or multiple services to hide them from the user interface

Computer target
*optional: Only used, if "Custom Format" is selected for "Create Subdirectories"
*optional: Only used, if "Custom Format" is selected for "Filename Format"
*Only applies to HEIC/HEIF -> JPEG converted files or when transfer quality is different than "Original"
Create/Update Service 1
Use existing title to update configuration, otherwise a new one is created.
Enter domainname, ip address or hostname
*Optional. Password should not be set in settings for security. The app will query for the password, if it's not set in settings.
Set to "0" to use default port for the service
e.g. us-east-1
*optional: Only used, if "Custom Format" is selected for "Create Subdirectories"
*optional: Only used, if "Custom Format" is selected for "Filename Format"
